They sell cheap Chinese imitations with the wrong sizes. And then they don't accept returns. The cost of return is half of the price of the product. Don't buy here!! Everything is Chinese fake. I received shoes with the wrong size and they don't accept returns. They ask me for 56 euros for the return!!! They are scammers!!

For two days now, January 10, 2024, the SEND has been non-functional for Contact/Messages. The text box was filled out via direct keyboard entry and also tried using paste from the clipboard and SEND button did not send out the message. Still looking for a direct customer service email contact method as an alternative. My order was received with several item missing from open tears within the plastic bag wrapping, original to the shipment from Spain.

Don’t waste your time guys you will get scammed

How did this get past any QA and UX testing? it is just a poorly built app.

The item I ordered was smaller than I expected. Holes for the bolts were much more smaller so I can not even mount it. To return item that cost €9 I need to pay €7. Impossible to download the return label from the app. And return company is not regular post office, I need to ride one hour on train. Don't waist your time

Do not open a couple day

I bought a super dry jacket from here (dressINN) . And it arrived perfectly fine tag attached and everything and the size was accurate. I was a bit scared ngl cuz of all the reviews saying they got scammed i had originally ordered from here without checking the app reviews and only checking in app reviews. Delivery kinda sucked cuz they couldn't find a secure place to leave it at so i was scared i had gotten scammed, i live in the last floor of my apt and they didnt come to knock or send me a message when they were around for delivery. But thankfully the package was left at the usps office so i was able to pick it up w no complications the next day!!! Idk abt all these other reviews saying they got scammed but i didnt (btw i live in ny)😆😆

ordered 20 days ago the delivery date has been pushed back TWICE and now it says there is no delivery date and that they can’t guarantee me a delivery date when I contacted them about the late arrival this was a gift for my younger sister and it has by long passed her birthday they tried making excuses with random reasons and articulate words to confuse you but this app is a scam and my package will likely arrive during Christmas it’s ridiculous don’t order

Not only did they took a month to send me my order but once they did, the size was incorrect so I requested a refund which they denied me. I had to end up giving up the shoes that didn’t fit me.

The last time I was going to order a pair of goalkeeper gloves it lock my card and I had to get a new one.

My payment never went trough no Matter how much I tried and the website was buggy so much that it made it impossible to look for anything!!!!

Went to order a pair of boots that said it was in stock and I would receive them early next month and saw they never shipped so I messaged and they said they wouldn’t get the stock of em till may before they could ship em out so don’t trust the stock logos if you actually want the items and want em in a timely manner also hope the owners kill themselves for thinking making people wait for months on end is how you keep customers

I order something 35 days ago and still haven’t got it. I reached out several times and was told twice they would contact the carrier. Still nothing now I can’t chat or cancel my order unless I return it. Can’t do that if I haven’t received it. Should of read the reviews, very disappointed.

Try to order Nike sweatshirt couple times, canceled a payment I tried another card again was canceled. A lot of bagging screen, slow site refreshing, always have been changing my country for shipping. Unfortunately, I can’t put a zero.

Early versions was slow, but generally okay. Then it started forgetting my credentials, after that it started loosing my shopping card, but latest release beats everything. It forgot about all orders. Do something about it. Please!

Doesn’t remember language setting, doesn’t remember login… easier just to use a browser.

Don’t ever waste your time with this failing app.

This company shouldn’t have been able to get into the App Store. They are a diversified sophisticated front company for complete fraud. They operate globally and defraud thousands of people.

I placed an order for 2 day delivery and paid extra. Then I get alerts saying it’s been pushed out 2 weeks. I reach out to customer service who says to go to my account and click cancel order. The buttons don’t work their greyed out. On top of that I was charged 3 times for the same order. What a joke of a company, website, app, and services. COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH ALL AROUND.

I order 2 items. After 3 months they deliver 1 item and until now wait to get my money back

I ordered an Xbox as a very late gift for my son, spent more than it costs, and still have not received it, when I was supposed to. Stay away from this place.

I ordered in mid December. Over $600.00, no delivery yet

It’s a rip off. They just steal your money. Never received my order and there’s no contact Information to find out what happened. Do not recommend. Never shopping here again. External Upset.

It’s not letting me log in even though I have the right credentials. And I’ve been waiting on a package since October.

Using online services with reviews, you’re inundated with misleading information: customer service gripes about a single order, rejected advances to “cute” employees at their physical stores, etc. And here this is an App Store, and virtually all reviews here have nothing to do with the app. Shockingly, this is actually a review about the app. The company’s attempted unique value proposition is weird, trying to be 14 different sporting stores in one as a means of tailoring their offerings to your sport of interest. Too much real estate is sacrificed to navigating between these “personas”. But the selections within each are fairly deep. I hate that it automatically changes language just because of the country I am in - including when I log in to my account: it just won’t remember that. But otherwise there isn’t a ton of functionality and operates like a very basic 2012 mobile app. It doesn’t crash though, which is a real plus. And the search is pretty good.

Dear TradeINN company, Your automated systems and responses for customer support are not working. PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY to resolve my issue with your having shipped a partial order to me and refusing to accept that I do not need the pets in the partial order since you were not able to ship the larger pets in the order. You cancelled the larger piece of equipment but are still sending me the service kits for the equipment that you now won’t sell me. Your online dispute resolution system is the most frustrating. It is worthless and I believe designed to deflect real accountability. Your company has potential but with extremely poor customer service loopholes, you will lose customers and business. Contact me directly to resolve your issue !

Fraud! Dont buy from shop! I placed my order june 4 before my birthday. And its already july26! My birthday is over and yet i still didnt have my order! Scammers! Now wonder you have a poor rating!

What more can I say? I’m in the same boat with all of the others, ordered, paid, and did not receive!!! Ordered on 6-26-20, said that it shipped on 6-27-20, and the tracking died on 6-29-20, that’s it...I have managed to text on there customer support system multiple times and have even gotten a few responses. Be patient, it’s on it’s way etc. that’s it! Very frustrating!!! Who knows, maybe it will show up some day🤷‍♂️... If it does I will take the time to acknowledge that. In the mean time, I’m just waiting and carrying a lighter wallet.

My order at check out is $81 but it is trying to charge my cars $177 Yeah no bish

I wish I knew about this app! I unfortunately found their website and “purchased” a rod pod. Quotes required as I have paid but 3 months later I still don’t have my product. I do get replies after a couple days from support, they are apologetic but still no order being delivered. I would recommend any other vendor other than this company. Your rich uncle in Namibia who is sending you all that cash feels more secure and responsive than these people. Stay away!

I had ordered in the past and never had any problems. That was probably two years ago. It is a month since my moat recent order was placed. It took me three emails to get a response from customer service. The explanation for the delay in delivery was not truthful. In these challenging times I am always willing to give grace. But lying to me is unacceptable. Support your local stores. Stay away from these low price Internet stores that could care less about you or your business. On Monday I will call the credit card company to dispute charges. I learned my lesson. By the way, their app is nothing more than a duplication of their website. Not one extra bit of functionality.

I ordered shoes in May and the company promptly charged my card. Got shipping confirmation on June 5th that they shipped and they even showed a picture of the package. It has been in pre-shipping status since. Tried emailing and I get nothing. Disputing the charge today.

I have ordered more than 2 months ago, I still have not received anything! I am chasing for my money and they have still. Their service is unprofessional and will make you disappointed. I Definitely do not recommend.

So I ordered my stuff on May 11th 2020 ... I tracked my package using the tracking number they gave me. Looks like fake maybe? It’s been sitting in transit since May 22nd in Netherland. I tried to contact them to find out what is actually going on but there is no option to email nor any type of communication to reach them!! So gonna dispute my charges !

It’s been 30 days still don’t have my product. The only thing the said you need to chill it will come at some point.

I have heard a lot of complaints, BUT I had a good experience with SnowInn. Received a brand new pair of Atomic Shift Bindings for less than $400 shipped which is $200 less than what my local shop offers. YES they are real and work amazing. The shipping I admit took some time to go through customs (during Christmas Season Rush) and be delivered. (About a month) but they came in and all is well. Make sure to give them time to fulfill your order. Also if you want to get a hold of customer service use the live chat messenger through their app and have your order# ready.

This is a company with scam as their core buissnes! After the purchase they will lie to you, your order will take forever to arrive, when it does, it will not be the one you ordered, but some cheaper replacement. BE AWARE, NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Trade inn is simply a criminal organisation. They take orders with no intent to fulfill them then hold onto your money. Customer service lies to you. I got 3 fake tracking numbers from them. They shut off their phone numbers and their chat support after 90 minutes of wait just lies to you. I don’t know why their managing director is not yet in prison. It is simply a scam.

Ordering from USA product on line shows available orders placed October 2019 and major USSA ski events are happening and I still have not received product. Order in December showed not available and now in a warehouse somewhere :( now local stores are out of inventory:(

I ordered 3 shimano reels, one was broke out of the box! They would not respond or take care of it.
